Characters Reservations
We accept reservations up to six months in advance and encourage guests to place their reservations for both lunch and dinner. We suggest a reservation be placed as far in advance as possible to ensure the best available time. We do not maintain a waiting list, but if your preferred seating is not available, please call Characters after 2 p.m. on the day of your reservation to inquire about any cancellations for dinner seatings.
For general inquiries, or to book a private dinning room, please e-mail chef@characters.ca. For bookings, please include date, time and approximate number of guests. We encourage groups of 10 or more to select a set menu to dine from, and groups of 12 or more are required to select a set menu for luncheon or dinner events.
